Allen Peterson |
| Allen is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Certified Strategic Planning Facilitator, sales trainer, and advisor. He is an expert in strategic planning, applied neuromarketing, marketing and sales strategy focusing predominantly on professional services and high tech firms. Allen is an investing member of Keiretsu Forum which is the largest international angel investment group. His career started at IBM and he is former President of Kewill ERP, BREA Corporation and ITEL Intermodal Division. Allen has extensive experience in multiple start-ups, start-overs, and established large companies. |
Ray Stover |
| Ray is co-founder, Chairman and Chief Technology Architect for DST, a leading supplier of business and inventory management software. Previously Ray was a founder and director of Distribution Resources, a leading supplier of inventory control software to the paper and hard goods distribution industries, which was sold to Corporate Express in 1997. He also founded and was President of Information Resources which grew to be the Hewlett Packard's (HP) top value added distributor. HP purchased the company, retaining Ray to lead it into the application software business. After four years at HP he moved to England to participate in competition activities and management of a successful Formula 3 and 3000 team, Richard Dutton Racing. |

| Susan has spent over 25 years as a Human Resources professional transforming organizations from Start-up to Fortune 500. She is an expert in employee performance management, HR process design, compliance/risk mitigation, compensation and leadership development. Her career includes senior leadership, director and management roles at Pacific Gas & Electric, Adaptec, Logitech and Wells Fargo. She has also been a consultant to Genentech, Chiron and BEA Systems, improving Human Resources through the implementation of sustainable and strategic change. |
