The 'Category' navigation bar on the left displays all performance areas reviewed in the evaluation. Both the employee and manager have the flexibility to work the categories sequentially or skip ahead to a category that may be fresh in mind or a higher priority. At any point in the evaluation, the user can save their work and return at a later time.
